Digital Content Coordinator

Full-time, Permanent

This will be an office-based position in Romford, Essex.

 

Stoneglow is a luxury brand of UK made home fragrance, due to a period of growth, we have now created this exciting new Digital Content Coordinator opportunity to join our brand! Working closely with the Commercial Director the role is to engage the brand’s story, promote our company, and drive sales without devaluing the brands premium position.

 

Social Media Management

Managing our Social Content Calendar, creating new content, creating engaging and innovative content for the company's website and market place platforms.

Creating a new look to profile grid to Instagram and building new profiles in Facebooks, TikTok and LinkedIn to increase audience connections.

Running campaigns across varies platforms to drive customers to purchase online.

Identify and connect with influencers that will enhance our brand message.

Run social channels on a day-to-day basis, responding to all queries, comments, DM’s engaging with the audience.

 

E-Commerce

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic

Manage AdWords campaigns to drive online sales

Website maintenance and merchandising for online shop and our Amazon store.

Developing the Amazon store, identifying products for FBA, and selling into new markets.

Managing the day-to-day trading for our online shop and Amazon – scheduling homepages, merchandising products, flash sales and updating content as required to drive sales and customer engagement.

Ensuring that the website is aligned for campaign launches, and that these meet compliance rules.

Ensuring that the website is syncing to the Backoffice systems to ensure orders as processed on time.

Act as first line of response for general enquiries on all digital platforms, dealing with them in a timely manner.

 

Marketing

Managing our Newsletter Content Calendar

Creating new marketing campaigns, via mailchimp, PCC, social media posts.

Capture and Grow our mailing list for B2C and B2B

Work with other members of the team to collate and prepare content for our newsletters. Create product copy and ensuring that it’s aligned with our brand guidelines and product positioning.

Report website performance against KPIs using Google Analytics.

Undertaking ad-hoc marketing projects

 

Key Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role

Experience delivering effective social media content.

Excellent copywriting and editorial skills.

Experience with content management systems – ideally Bigcommerce, Amazon.

Knowledge of mailchimp an advantage.

Strong project management skills

A self-starter, who rises to challenges and seeing projects through to completion

Highly commercially aware, with a passion for fragrance and creative flare

Results focused, highly organised and an expert multi tasker

A positive, proactive approach – a can-do attitude

Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Basic salary - £26,000 to £30,000 plus Bonus
