Unwanted becomes the wanted candles
Very disappointed with my purchase this time. It came with 6 candles. One candle which was in a glass container was broken and the glass had spread throughout the box into other candles. There were very very fine glass splinters as well. So I can't use the other candles or use them as gifts.I called to complain. I was asked to email with photos, which I did but 5 days on and I have not received a response to my complaint. I have ordered these twice before and the packaging and candles at the time were brilliant - individually packed in bubble wrap and then tightly packed in a sturdy box. So I ordered these again. The candles were as good as new and lovely smell. This time completely the opposite. ***Stoneglow reply*** Many thanks for your feedback, we appreciate the time spent in doing so. We are sorry to hear that your experience with Stoneglow did not meet with your expectations. Our packing team have been made aware of this, and we have now changed the way we pack the ‘unwanted’ products, to ensure each candle arrives safely to our customers. This is my third delivery of this item. Normally I am very happy with the order but this time the box arrived and was very battered and inside one of the candles was smashed and there was glass everywhere in the box. The candles were packed poorly with two together causing them to smash. I have emailed and asked for a replacement but have not received a response. ***Stoneglow reply*** Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate the time spent in doing so. We're sorry to hear your experience with Stoneglow did not meet with your expectations this time. We apologise on behalf of EVRI for the state of the box, we have raised this issue with our courier. As a standard, the unwanted candles are packed separately in wrapping to ensure the candles are delivered safely, however on this occasion, this was not the case. We do apologise for this and the packing team have been made aware, to ensure this does not happen again. You will shortly receive an email from our team, to arrange for a replacement to be sent out for any damages. Assuring you of our best intentions.
