The unwanted become wanted
Firstly, I highly praise your products. I have been buying the above for some considerable time now. Over the time I have found that the packaging appears to have been done with little care. The boxes you use come damaged and some of the candles with a wooden wick do not light to are rendered useless. This last time there were three candles with the wooden wick which just won’t light! Could you please pack the candles individually plus use stronger boxes to ship them in. I wish I could give 5* but I can’t. I will continue to purchase both full price and ‘the unwanted become the wanted’ as they bring joy and wonderful aromas in my home. As I am disabled I rely on the postal suppliers and yourselves to a certain degree, but even so you won’t lose my custom., at this time. We have noticed that there has been a high volume of incidents involving couriers and parcels arriving damaged all over the UK. We pack all our products to the best of our ability for transport, however I will pass this feedback onto our packing team. Excellent value
First time ordering these, love Stoneglow candles but they are really expensive for just daily use. Decided to give this a go and so pleased with my selection! 5 candles, including one really decorative large one. They are all gorgeous scents and I can't see anything obviously wrong with 4 out of 5 of them. The 5th one I can see some wax has dripped on the decorative area... that's literally it. I added up the cost of all I received and it came to £129 so I'm really chuffed.

Candles offer
Superb value and superb products. One item arrived broken but that would be due to courier as product was well wrapped at source. Quickly dealt with and replaced. Will use again. Received 5 candles. I ordered the candle set by mistake, I had intended to order the diffuser set, but I must say I'm pleased I did - I was blown away by the value in this set, which included a triple-wick candle in a fragrance I already like, so I'm thrilled. Need to go and order the diffuser set now!
